Vogue Tires (97 Deville)

I have some vogue tires on my 97 deville. The gold trim and white wall is starting to fade pretty bad on one of them. Is there anything I could do to restore that. Some special kind of paint or polymer? The tires almost new as far as tread goes.

Found some they use to do the white walls.....THX for all yall help.......HA HA HA HA
