Mitsubishi not only builds cars. . .defiancy 01-28-2007, 09:15 PM It aslo built the Mitsubishi A6M3 Zero, during WW2. That was considered the best carrier baised fighter during WW2. And one of the best fighters of the war. True Story. Not only do Mitsu's kick ass on the ground, they also kicked ass in the skies.(sorta) http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/8/8c/Mitsubishi_Zero-Yasukuni.jpg/800px-Mitsubishi_Zero-Yasukuni.jpg EDMUND65 01-28-2007, 09:23 PM interesting L-Spec 01-28-2007, 09:41 PM They also kick a lot of ass in the kitchen with their microwaves! The Zero is an awesome plane, I remember my history teacher getting mad about it because it was an import  ned032002 01-28-2007, 09:55 PM That's too bad that they didn't use the Mitsubishi emblem. l_eclipse_l 01-28-2007, 10:00 PM Mitsubishi makes thousands of products... They actually started out as a ship building company in the 1800's. I did a report on them in my global business class last semester, good times. NOFX0617 01-28-2007, 10:21 PM Those planes were kick ass. One time this guy told me he would never buy a mitsubishi because they made the planes that bombed pearl harbor. That guy is a freaking tool. gthompson97 01-28-2007, 10:21 PM Wil, I'm guessing you watched the weekend marathon of Dogfights on the History channel? I watched that shit all weekend, I love that kind of stuff. steviek 01-28-2007, 10:34 PM Id fly it ;) david-b 01-28-2007, 10:36 PM They also make some really good TVs. Now, if only they could combine all their products to one. I'd buy it, whatever it is. NateS 01-28-2007, 11:01 PM They also make tvs.... very biggg tvs. :) I work as an electrician in a Union so the guys I work with are all about buying US products. They all drive fords and such. One day I drove the dsm to work and caught a hell of a lot of shit for it being a Jap car. I opened the drive side door and showed them the sticker "Made in the USA" in bright red. That shut them up. Then I told them how their beloved camaros were made in Mexico during the 90s. What would be even cooler is if that plane was 4G63T powered... It is mostly electronic parts but still. Mitsubishi if I am not mistaken is the oldest Japaneese carmaker in Japan and you can see thier influence everywhere. defiancy 01-29-2007, 12:23 AM Wil, I'm guessing you watched the weekend marathon of Dogfights on the History channel? I watched that shit all weekend, I love that kind of stuff. Your damn right :) They also make bomb ass AC/heating units. They were in our huts in Afghanistan and Iraq. Talon69 01-29-2007, 08:35 PM the trains we build at my shop are powered by mitsubishi motors ;) 600 volts, 260HP each 4 per car body blk_srt 01-29-2007, 10:26 PM What I find ironic is that not only did mitsu build the zero fighter/bombers chrysler build the B-52 bombers that we(U.S.) used to bomb japan and they ended up in the same factory vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
