97 altama GXE 2.4 Automatic. Altenator and Battery shorted out went BOOM. Replaced both but then Trans would not shift into OD tried to do it manually and no OD light? Cruse Control stopped working, Rear window defog stopped also. Had dealer test digno .trans computer not communaticateing with Car computer? replaced with one from junk yard Still same problem. Didn't trust first computer so bought another one still no help. Checked all wires between both computers all were ok. checke fues and fuseable likks all ok?? what should I do get my gun and SHOOT it???? Thanks for your input
