93 GC rear heater line replacementscajjr 01-26-2007, 09:12 PM Have a leak in one of the rear heater lines on my 93 GC. According to the Haynes manual I have it doesn't seem too complex (it says disconnect at tee fittings in engine compartment, push on connectors at rear). Is it that straight forward and are the lines a dealer only item? TIA for any help. Sam Bernard Feltzer 01-27-2007, 07:13 AM Cut out the bad sections and replace with high quality heater hose and screw clamps. The metal tubes are dealer items, supposed to be improved, around $600 installed. scajjr 01-27-2007, 03:53 PM That's kind of where I was leaning towards anyway. Any idea what the diameter of the lines are? The Haynes book doesn't say. Rough guess looking at the line I'd say maybe 5/8 I.D. hose line is needed?
