Hey ya'll,
My 2002 F150 "Manual Transmission" will hesitate/ grumble when accellerating through the gears. Mainly when I accellerate alittle faster than normal.. IE": Passing another vehicle or coming off a red light in traffic. Normal ' slow accelleration she seems to be fine. I tried different gas staions during fillups but that didnt seem to have a positive effect on it. Changed the fuel filter, no help. Airfilter & Oil/ filter changed regularily, 6 months and 3000 mi respectively. Additional Note: Twice during the past year my truck would not start, simply turn over great and not fire up. I park on a hill w/ the tail gate on the lower end , I coasted the vehicle to the level portion of my driveway and a 10 - 15 second turnover the engine fired right up. This hasnt happened in 4 or 5 months but I thought I would give as much info as possible. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks , Jimmikee
