I have searched in vain on the net and can't find the correct way to reprogram my remote access alarm. I have found a couple of manuals which indicate how to reset it, based on the alarm system I have.

Basically, it appears the remote and/or the alarm system itself doesn't always function correctly. My doors do not always 'automatically lock' when I enter and drive the vehicle. Also, I sure would like to know how to program the remote to 'close' the rear window as well as opening it.

How can I identify without a doubt which Toyota remote access/alarm system I have? I am hoping once I find this information, I can use it to search for the appropriate directions?
