2001 Sierra 2500 HD NO HORN

Here is the deal....i have no horn when I apply it at the steering wheel but when i chirp the alarm key it will cirp slightly. I have checked all the fuses and relays and all seem fine. Any ideas?

Go to horn fuse and see if it is getting 12 volts with steering wheel horn button.
If not jumper 12 volts to it and see if horn works.
If not check dark green wiring to horn or horns.
Also check horn ground on left rad support bracket

Since the horn will activate with the key fob (try the panic button, does the horn beep on and off) this is a good indication that the fuse, relay, BCM and wiring between them is good.
I would look at the horn pad and its wiring as being the fault.
Remove the relay and use a test light between the circuits on the coil side at the fuse box and depress the horn pad..if the light doesn't work, that will confirm my idea.
