06 TrailblazerBostonKev 01-02-2007, 11:21 AM Hi all, can anyone tell me if there is a procedure for disabling the beltminder that beeps at you and the passenger for not having your seat belt on? Thank you rodeo02 01-03-2007, 10:48 AM You could clip junk yard buckles into the latches and leave them there. I wouldn't 'modify' the seatbelt warning wiring on a 2006, nor would I go without a seatbelt for me or anyone riding front/back in my vehicles, but I'm sure you don't need that lecture. Joel BostonKev 01-03-2007, 05:34 PM I only ask if there is a procedure because on the newer Ford Crown vics I get there is a procedure in the manual to disable the belt minder. It's not that I don't wear a belt it's just that I don't want my vehicle to yell at me that I have to. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
