My 99 century sproradically flashes the "low engine coolant" light - but I know the reservoire is full. Could this be a malfuntion of the light, or is it an indication that the line is somehow clogged? (or maybe something else?)

Welcome to AF.

With the engine cold check the coolant level at the radiator. There is a coolant level sensor located on the passenger side of the radiator below the filler neck that provides the signal to the low engine coolant light. Sometimes removing it and cleaning helps. When was the last cooling system service?
