these are far from 'xenon' as u call it, HID it's called. these are cheap chinese colored halogens.

real HID's have starter module for each lamp, diff looking lamps, and cost 200+

Don't waste your money. I purchased a pair a couple of years ago and couldn't see very well. Put the old lamps in and have been happy ever since. If you want HID's you will have to spend a lot more money.

In Moscow i bought good pack of 2 ballast modules + 2 9006 bulbs and wiring for mere 150$ by Sho-Me, i choose 4300k light (4 options available).

Im 1 month in using it and pretty much pleased.

HID-lights.com Try their XD5 5800K in standard or high wattage, or their 3500K yellows. I have used their 5800k high wattage which worked great for like a year, then switch to their new gold color and did a 9005 to 9006 conversion to get 65w in the low beams. The yellow reflects much better off signs and at the same time doesn't magnify the fog caused by rain an snow like the white/blue ones.
I currently ordered Mtec 9006 80w Golden styles from ebay because of the higher wattage, life time warranty, better brand, and because the beam pattern should be better than a 9005-9006 conversion.
