System Analysis Problems Help Please 02CLOCKETT 12-17-2006, 11:42 PM Hi I'm looking for some answers. I have a 02 Cadi Deville with 98,935 miles on it I recently took it in for a system analysis check because the Check Engine Light is on. This is what I was told: Code PO102 MAF Circuit Signal Low Problem no present at this time PO440 Evap, System Fault PO443 Evap Purge Solenoid Control Circuit Fault Pigtail for Purge Solenoid PO463 Fuel Level Sensor Circuit Signal High/Open Recommend Fuel Level Sending Unit PO741 TCC Performance Stuck Off P1862 Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid Circuit Problem What exactly does all of this mean and which should be address in order of importance. Lastly does anyone know the cost I'm lookin at? Any suggestion are highly appreciated.. Lastly if anyone knows a good shop in the St. Louis Metro Area. caddydaddy 12-20-2006, 08:39 PM It sounds like there are a couple of problems with the torque converter in the transmission. That will probably require at least a new torque converter, or possibly a rebuilt transmission. The fuel level sender has a fault. Have you have erratic fuel readings? The other one was for the evaporative emissions system. It sounds like the purge solenoid is bad. I'd fix the trans first, the fuel gauge, then the evap system. I can't give an estimate on cost, but I'd try and find a reputable shop that can do the work. A dealer will be the most costly route. Good luck. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
