I've got a 1993 ford F-150 5.0litre V-8, 2wd Stock. What's the top speed? What can I do to increase power without spending much money?

Why not just take it on the interstate, put it to the floor, and see when it tops out? As for a cheap performance gain, you could probably start with your exhaust and work your way up to more expensive things.
