will an '85 ludes dual sideraft carbs swap to an '85 rex?

the manifld will not bolt on. i do recall someone at redpepperraging mentioning that according to his calculations the prelude sidedrafts have the same or less cfm as a stock crx downdraft

do you know if the motor itself could swap?
