This is everything that has happened since I started having problems. Before I had any of the listed problems I changed the battery then withen a few hours check engine light comes on. Then after a few days check engine light went off and never came back on. Then after a few weeks I get the listed issues. I turn the car on and the blower is just on will not turn off unless the car is off. I also noticed a day or so after that the voltage gauge is not working and that the temp controls are completly off. Any ideas? All help is appreciated. This is a 95 V8

I might of been confusing but the car seems to turn on and run ok. I know little about cars but I would think if the ignition was failing it would not start?

I would tend to think that it could be the climate control. Most issues you said had to do with or could relate to the actual climate control. I.E. the fan not going off with the ignition on. The voltage meter MIGHT be caused by a short IN the module causing it to suck A LOT of juice. That would be the first place I would inspect. You can pull it out pretty easy and take it to a car A/C place and they can probably diagnose it for you. The puller for the module and for the stock stereo are the same fyi.

If you have the Semi Automatic Temp Control see my post in the second page of the Tech Help thread to see how to run self diagnostics.
