Hey I have a 2 door honda civic dx coupe... And Ive been wondering what kind of motor I should put into it... Im debating on whether to get a B16A2 or a B18C, but I dont know which would be better for performance wish, Im guessing B18C... But its just a motor to get some performance out of... Im gonna get a 1999 Si and put a B18C5 in it... But can you guys please help me with this question??? Thanks

Id go with the B18C1, its got a noticable amount of extra torque compared to the B16. It also has .2 liters more displacement.

If your going B18c5 why dont you just get a Spoon motor :o

Its over hyped bro - for the money you spend on it, you can get a B18c and throw in some new internals - and for the SAME price you have more power and new internals vs. the stock used condition internals of the B18c5...

Good luck :smoka:
