Okay, so the steering wheel to my 84 Z28 came off easily, then theres this little wire that runs from the center cap on my steering wheel back inside my steering column and it goes to somethig but idk what. its for my horn and my horn dont work. if somebody knows how to fix this or help me, please reply. thanx yall.

It is supposed to plug into the round white thing in this picture. They break easy.
