Question.

Vehicle Year: 1991
Vehicle Make: Dodge
Vehicle Model: B250 VAN
Engine Type: V8 5.2 Liter FI

Problems.
1. Sometimes my van will stall when I stop, when I switch to reverse and also it seems to be idling rough.
(It was backfiring and would stall and start back up at 30 MPH, 40 MPH and I couldn’t get it to go faster then 50 MPH. My Dad adjusted the timing and solved a lot of the stalling.)

2. Sometimes I can only start my vehicle with the Transmission in Neutral, I’m not sure what the cause of this occurrence, but I presume it has to do with the Transmission not going all the way in park.

Recently I replaced.
1. Spark Plugs
(I was told I didn’t need to gap that plugs. This may be the problem. They are supposed to be gaped to .035 but I did not check before I replaced them. Tomorrow I’m going to take one out and check to see what the gap actually is then set it to .035 if it isn’t.)
2. Spark Plug Wires
3. Distributor Cap
4. Rotor
5. Replenished all Fluids

I Plan on Replacing, ASAP.
1. Air Filter
2. Fuel Filer
3. Oil Filter

I checked the Diagnostic Trouble Codes (On-Off- On-Off-On.) Below is a list of “Error Codes” that were displayed on my dashboard from the OBC and I took these codes and this is what a website told me they are.

Engine Codes.
12: Memory Standby power lost.
21: Oxygen sensor circuit.
13: Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor pneumatic circuit.
55: End of codes

Basically I need to know what these codes mean in layman's terms and roughly what it’s going to cost me to repair these problems.

I disconnected the battery to charge it so I know that the Memory Standby power lost was caused from that. End of codes just means that the list of Error Codes is complete. So I just need to know more about the 21: Oxygen sensor circuit. 13: Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor pneumatic circuit.

Thank you for reading this I hope to hear back from somone.
