Hi, I've never bought a car before but I'm thinking of buying a 2006/2007 Honda Civic EX. I need an affordable car to commute to work and I thought the new Civic would be a good choice. I'm just not sure about the process of purchasing a car so I would appreicate any tips or advices for a newbie buyer.

I plan on putting a large sum for the downpayment, up to 10g. Good or bad idea? How many dealers should I research? Should I use an internet auto loan service or retail? :uhoh:
