Hey all, got a 93 z28 w/ the stock alloy rims....was wondering, for next racing season, what's the biggest (rear) and smallest (front) tires I can fit on these stock wheels? I'm looking at BF Goodrich for the ongoing brand...

Go with the stock size tires.
They will give you the best footprint. Don't want to go over sized as you will lose contact patch.

275's all around, that will do nice.

what is the stock size? I bought it w/ 245's on it....275's all around works well?

Depends on how wide they are.

I run 275's on a 9-9.5" wheel. Wouldn't run anything else...but I could. If I put a 315 on a 9.5" wheel, I would have less contact patch than if I had a proper size 275 on it because the tire would have to 'bow' out to fit.
If they are an 8" wheel...get a 245. Best contact patch.

Yeah, the stock wheels are 8.5", so 245's are the way to go.
