i drive a 2000 toyota camry LE V6 which is an automatic i have always had a love for manual transmission cars and i was wondering if it was feesibly possible to basically convert the automatic transmission into a manual transmission and like how much approximantly it would cost and how much work it would require

If I were you, I would simply buy a manual transmission Camry of the year you want. I know that is not what you want, but it is the practical solution.

About $1500-$2000usd depending on how you did it. Sell your car & buy another. There is very little performance gain. None compaired to spending the money on rebuilding your transmission with a better torque converter, valve body rebuild, and a manual controller.
