Injector leaking on a 2.2L

My daughter said she was getting a whif of gas on start-up when the engine was warm. Long distance diagnostics got me to a leaking injector & sure enough, it is!
Any ideas as to how to proceed? The electrical connector is wet with gas. Should I pull the rail & un-plug/re-seat all four injectors? Do I need to release pressure first? Do I need to re-place all the O-rings just to re-seat them?
The car runs great & is getting 26 MPG or better.

I'd pull all the injectors an replace all the seals at least, the leaking one may need a new injector not something to guess at . Remove the fuel pump fuse to run the pressure down, or bleed off at the rail.

Well, the new O-rings took care of it. While I had the stuff off the top, I replaced the valve-cover gasket as well. It all seems good. No leaks !!!
Thanks.
