Dealership nightmares = Chevrolet

I had to have my intake manifold gasket replaced 3 months ago. It was covered under warranty ('03 Venture). I had to pay for the fluid replacement which I was ok with, no biggy... I didn't have any reasons not to trust them. Just today I was checking fluids and noticed that they didn't change my oil filter and my antifreeze is chocolate brown. So I guess they made $300 off me without using a lick of fluids, so much for the oil change and coolant flush!

Id go back and slam the dirty filter down on the guys desk. :eek:
