Your heater core is leaking. It's probably corroded and now needs to be replaced. It's kind of a pain to do. Is that something you can do yourself, or do you plan to take it to a shop to get fixed?

If u don't have the time right now like most of us you could always bypass the heatercore for now; would not recommend for a permanent repair; but will buy you some time. Just get a plastic or metal pipe coupler. Take both heater hoses from eng. compatrment and put 1 to each end of coupler to make a continuous loop in cooling system. Good luck to you.
