This is inconsistance, but I am sure something will die soon. I can turn the car off, but the inside heater fan stays on. In addition, I can sit in idle, turn the fan off and listen to the fan turn off, then on, then high, then low over and over. When I turn the fan on low or high it seems to work. Its just when I try to turn the fan off. It takes multiple trys until it stays off. The lights show that the fan is off and I continue to hit the down arrow, but it will not turn off. Maybe a bad relay or control panel??

most likly the final stage is bad and needs replaced.
