I was wondering if anyone knows rather the gear ratio is different in the 300zx, i don't wanna put it on my car (89 fastback SE) and find out i don't have enough power to pull it.

also deciding on rather me and my dad are gonna put the VG30DE in my car ;) any input would be great

www.240sx.org has a install on how to do a 300ZX LSD swap.

The 300ZX LSD is a bit more problematic of an install than the J30 or even a S13/S14 LSD...so try to look for those.
