starter is clicking

It will start but it clicks, in extreme cold, god it's cold early here. Should I make it a priority to replace it? I just bought a new frickin starter too.There was a spot on the last one.

clean off power and ground connections and hope for the best.. i had a clicking started and that solved everything...
