i replaced my clutch in my 90 s13 and it still has the stock motor and 2 days after i replaced that the slave cyl went and i had to drive it home with basically no clutch just grinding gears. i put a new slave in and i went to go and back it off the lift and it dosn't go into gear it won't even go into it when the car is off i was told it was the linkage is bent does that sound right? if so where can i buy one and how much?

maybe try to bleed out more air in your clutch line

i tried to do that a few times it still won't work. it acts like the gear isn't there the shifter will not let me move it over and down into reverse.

possibly your clutch wasnt aligned correctly? otherwise it could be the release fork got bent. theres not really any linkage in your car, well there is but its all inside the transmission housing.

well i put the clutch in the car and it was fine for a few days then the slave went and when i replaced that, thats when it all happend

sounds like you need to bleed it better. have you already removed the big hoop on your clutch line? I too was having trouble bleeding mine and removed that loop, bled it in about 3 minutes with the help of the wife. now it all works great.

well i bled it about 5 or 6 times there is no bubbles in the line it dosn't feel like that kinda problom it feels like something else i mean it acts like the gear isn't there like it wasn't suppossed to be there i don't know i hope i can fix it

thats almost as bad as me puttin an oil cooler in my car and then it not shut off, lol.

this happeneded to my truck when i put a new slave and it was the linkage behind the pedal needing adjustment. It was too close to the firewall so i had to back off the pedal to get the extra distance. I dont know if that makes sense...

yea, got a mexican at some shop to fix it in like 30 min
