GT2871r vs GT28RSGrimL3 10-26-2006, 03:47 PM Im sure this has been posted many times before, but im having trouble with the search function. I know that the 2871r has a higher flow capacity, and can generate more horsepower, but my question really is how much more lag will there be with 2871 compaired to the disco? im not expecting to do anything earth shattering with my engine, my car will be strictly for street. is the disco with a .82mm trim similar too the 2871 with a .64 ? lol, im not sure how much different the trim size makes other then that it increases boost and lag proportionately, maybe it doesnt even do that.. anyways im in the market for a new set up soon any input on these turbos would be greatly appreciated. mattycakes 11-03-2006, 04:30 PM 438.5873927465355506 rpms more lag GrimL3 11-04-2006, 10:38 AM thanks, ass. mattycakes 11-04-2006, 01:17 PM should be a little more lag but not much, i think thats the turbo enthalpy recomends to all his customers but im not very sure about that. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
