90 Century Electrical Issues

What's up guys. First post for me and I got some electrical issues I could use some help on. I got a 90 Century Limited w/ the 3.3 v6 and the turn signals aren't consistantly "clicking", the running lights and parking lights don't work and the dash lights all don't work. I was wondering if there is a relay or something of that sort somewhere that would make all of these things not work right. If so, could you tell me where it is? I've checked all the fuses and the bulbs and I found one burnt bulb in the front but thats it. Anyone with a suggestion or a knowhow about the century electrical shootin me some advice would be great.
Thanks,
Josh

The headlight switch might be bad. It happened to me once. The back lights wouldn't light up the the dash lights. Then the headlights and parking lights wouldn't work. The switch was the problem. It was about a $20 piece.
