Dealer trade-in, private party and ?

What is the third category- Dealer retail?
If so, what other names does this category go by?

What is this category?
What does a dealer do to make a used car retail?
What is done to the car?

Dealer retail is what the dealer will be selling the car for. Try to aim a little lower than that price when you're buying from a dealer.
