What kind of oil do you use in your bird??

Well one thing i've leard from the internet, is to never cheap out on parts for the car... So now all I use is Motorcraft whenever possible... Plugs, filter, etc... What about motor oil?? I usually use a good high mileage blend, (valvoline, mobile, penzoil)... But i was wondering, is motorcraft the way to go on oil also?? Just wondering whats best for the life of my Bird, Thanks guys!!

Most of the time I run Mobil 10W40. If I get low between oil changes I'll top it off with 15W40 Rotella, which is the only motor oil I keep on hand.

10w30 in the SC. 10w40 in the LX 4.6

10w40 synthetic blend....but i had a leak which is why my 4.6 blew up.....REMEMBER KIDS ALWAYS CHECK YOUR OIL!!:)
