Flashing Engine Codes ???Cruize 10-20-2006, 09:27 PM Someone told me that I can flash engine codes on a 95 Blazer by cycling the key off and on three times. Does this work? I tried it without any success. As far as I know, I've got the OBD I setup, but I don't have pin #6 in the Data Link Connector to jumper and get the codes that way. BlazerLT 10-20-2006, 11:09 PM No, it will not work. If you have a computer on your passenger front tire wheel well, you will need an OBDII scanner to get the code. ZL1power69 10-21-2006, 01:20 AM if the computer is under the hood than you can't flash codes. you need an obd2 scan tool. autozone or advanced auto will let you use one for free. edlittlebus 11-21-2006, 10:07 AM :banghead: problem with fuel pump . replaced pump, filter, relay switch, still not getting enough gas to injectors, ican run fuel pump directly to battery s-10 runs fine. also not enough power to run anything at night everything dim truck runs rough this started befor pump went out edlittlebus 11-21-2006, 10:12 AM not familier with diagnostic codes. im not a machinic but im not dense either. ican take offf and put on correctly just need instructions on how to. but like everyone else i dont have money to take to mechanic. s-10 chevy truck 1991 MT-2500 11-21-2006, 10:22 AM Someone told me that I can flash engine codes on a 95 Blazer by cycling the key off and on three times. Well it is not a Dodge.:grinyes: :grinno:  The key on 3 times does not work on a GM. Have you got the old style diagnostic plug with pin A & B? If so you jumper pin A&B. http://www.troublecodes.net/GM/ vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
