I need to remove the cover over the rad in the front of the engine compartment. I counted 13 different fastenders.
Is this correct?

thx.

Thanks tjm, but the link does not work. Even copy and paste shows the following:

An Error Has Occurred
The thread you are trying to access does not exist.

Could you verify for me?

thx.

Excellent - I see a leak, which looks, like it is coming from the top left hose area. I will be able to inspect once the cover is off.

Thanks again!

If you need a new Radiator, go with this one listed on ebay from Radiator Warehouse. I bought the same one a little over a month ago, works great and comes with a lifetime warranty. Fast shipping, made it to me in 3 days!! If you buy it tell them Chris Keller, a previous buyer, suggested you buy from them. Maybe they'll give you a discount, you never know. Also here is a working link to pictures and how to replace the Radiator, real easy job, takes about 2-3 hours

Don't forget to tell them I sent you!!

Thanks man....

The leak is on the back of the passenger side of the tank attached on the side of the rad.
It looks like the metal (or whatever) is cracked.

Does this warrent a new rad, or are those side tanks replacable?

Thanks again....

In all honesty I wouldn't mess around with getting it repaired and just get a new one. I had a radiator re-cored once and a year later another part of it developed a leak.
