hey guys, i tryed to do a search but nothing what i was looking for.
I got a 91 olds 88 v6.
When you start it, it pops, and shakes. When you give it gas it still pops.

The car has a newer plugs and wires(correct order) new crank sensor, cam sensor, ignition coil, fuel pressure is good.
The injectors have about 14.9 ohms on each one, compression is good(i belive its about 200psi or so each one)

i took the oxygen sensor off to see if the converter is clogged, but it runs the same.

What else can it be??
The popping sounds like the wires are crossed.

Thanks for your help

How many miles are on the engine. Have you done a compression test. It sounds like a weak valve spring. How about the timing have you checked this.
You could need a new timing chain.
You didn't install the wrong wire on an injector when you ohmed them. Did you do one at a time.

It sounds like a possible vacuum leak or bad plug/wire. Did you install quality parts, or did you use Bosch Junk? Triple check teh firing order to be sure you don't have two wires crossed up or on the wrong tower of the coil. You can also mist the wires with water at night and start the car to see if they are crossfiring.

Well mine was acting like that too, after some kids put bleach or something
that wouldnt evaporate with gas dry. Long+story, then I still had to replace
the computer.
