Hello everyone, the transmission on my murano broke down. The transmission shop said that they don't have parts for it, the dealer doesn't have parts for it and they can't find a used one. Can someone please tell me where I can buy a used transmission. please help. I'm in San Diego, CA

Is it the CVT auto transmission? If so, pray. I have the same transmission REF09A in my Nissan X-Trail turbo and it was $6000(US$4500) for a rebuild kit.

I believe 'Andreas Miko' on the www.sr20forum.com might have access to a few secondhand tranmissions though.

You sure it's the Trans , not the Tranfercase? Also how many miles on your Murano. Warranty may be an option, instead of paying
