whats the difference please explain in detail. which is the convertable. because I have seen alot of the SL 500's and I had some CL 500 and have not yet seen one with its top down and i live in miami fl. can someone explain the difference bettwen each car. please give as much detail as possible. the cl is a 215 chassis, 2 door, hardtop coupe.
the sl is either a 129 chassis or a 230 chassis depending on year.
the 129 has both hardtop and softtop(1990-2001)
the 230 is a retractable hardtop (2002)
