Just picked up a 2005 neon and one of the headlamp bulbs is out. Can it be replaced from the back without removal? I just can't seem to get my hands in there. I also then tried removing these two screws that holds the headlamp bucket in place and could not pop the assembly out from the fender/bumper/grille. No owners manual came with the car. What gives?:banghead: Also waht bulb type do I need to buy? 9004,9007?
Thanks in advance for advise.

yeah to change the head lamp bulb, you have to remove the 2 screws holding the headlamp bucket in, then remove the 3 screws holding the fascia to rad crossmember, once you do thatm just pull the fascia forward a little bit, to remove headlamp assy., then go ahead and change the bulb., the bulb itself should be a 9007

You guys are awesome. I am finding it difficult to find anything on this new of a car and we are working on a friends '05 Neon that have a few bulbs out (blinker and taillight among many other problems but I'll save that for a new post maybe) anyways, thanx for the information! I found out how to do something for my honey by just doing a little researching here at my fav. place AutomotivesForum:) It's a great day when newbies and enthusiasts can help one another and share the knowledge to benefit us all! Keep up the good work! God bless you and yours.
