Glow Plug Warning Light

Biteable
10-12-2006, 02:07 PM
Hi everyone
Yesterday I couldn't start my car. I tried jump starting it and it still wouldn't go. In the end went and bought a new battery. Still wouldn't start :banghead:

I then took of the earth strap that runs from the gearbox to the body/chassis, cleaned up the ends and bolted it back down.
Yippee it started :iceslolan

Now my problem is that the Glow Plug light just flashes, I am sure that the glow plugs are now not heating up because it took a bit to start this morning and also you can normally hear the glow plugs switch off.
I have check the big fuse near the battery and that is fine, I think it was 60 or 70 amp.

Thank you for any help
Mick

Oh sorry it is a 1997 Laguna 2.2 diesel
Cheers
