1984 econoline 150

I am the new proud owner of a 1984 E150. I love this van so far.
I just have some questions hopefully some of you can answer or point me to where I can have them answered.
First off, i was told that this had an engine inserted into it (a 302 5.0L V8) but through some research I think i've found that this was an option for this particular van. So, i was wondering if anyone could tell me where the engine identification code would be and how I can determine exactly what engine it is.
Second, does anyone know if there was a conversion option for this one? It's got a monstrous fibreglass top as well as electrical service for campsites. I'm wondering if this is OEM or also an option.
Third, does anyone know if there was an option for a flare kit? I think I saw one awhile back with nice running boards and fender flares...is this also OEM or an option? If so, i need to find it and put it on mine, I like how it looks.
Last but not least, what year range did this model van go through? I want to hit up some junkyards for some replacement parts but im wondering which year range the parts are good for on this one.
