I know this has been talked about in the past, but I would like to hear from anyone who has replaced head light bulbs recently. What is the best way to get to these bulbs? I understand these bulbs should not be touched with bare hands due to body oil transfer? Any suggestions on replacement bulbs? Siver Star?

Each headlamp assembly is held in place by 2 steel locking clips. They pry up and out which releases the whole headlamp. Check your PM for more detail.

I had silverstars in a car without daytime running lights and the most I ever got out of them was 3 months!!!

Honestly, I'd reccomend Sylvania "Cool Blue" bulbs. No, they are not blue when lit, but they are white and are in between the silverstars and a regular halogen in brightness, so that is a bonus. The other bonus is they are half the price of Silverstars!
