I am having trouble finding the correct resistance ratings for plug wires for a 97 voyager with a 3.3

Others may have some better ideas, but I prefer to use wires from the Chrysler dealer.
They will be the right ones and since they are so seldom changed, I get them there.

according to the hanes 96-02 manual sec1-3
sparkplug wire
#1=18.5k ohms
#2=15.5k ohms
#3=20.4k ohms
#4=21.2k ohms
#5=27.7k ohms
#6=26.7k ohms
I know it's not the FSM but it should help.
