I woke up a few nights ago to find my horn going off. I tried to turn it off with my keyless entry but nothing. I then pushed on the horn on the steering wheel and it went off. My question is why would the horn be going off for no apparent reason. I called my local GM techs yesturday and they said it may be something wrong with the theft deterent system. Anybody else ever had this problem??

Welcome to the forums,

Was your horn beeping, or was it a constant going off? If it was beeping like a "car alarm" then I would say it would be linked with the theft deterant system, but if it was going off like you were holding the horn button down, there may be a short or a faulty switch in the horn buttons or system itself. Hope this helps.

Yep, it was going off like you were holding the horn button down. Thanks for your help...... talking it to GM this weekend.
