How do you remover harmonic balancer from a 3.3 engine?

What you do is remove the bottom cover for the flexplate(ro flywheel). Then when you have access to the flexplate, get a big screwdriver and stick the end of it in one of the teeth. When you try to undo the harmonic balancer, it will turn with the flexplate which the screwdriver will hit the bellhousing and stop the flexplate with the balancer.
