Cat Removalblazer304 10-02-2006, 08:00 PM Hey guys, I finally had time to finish the engine replacement on my 98 2 door 4wd Blazer. I broke off a couple of the bolts going to the Y pipe from the cat when I disassembled it. I tried to get the cat out, but it seems like there isn't enough room to remove it. Only had a couple minutes to try.. was wondering if anyone had any tips before I try again tommarow?... thanks blazer304 10-02-2006, 08:01 PM One more thing... I did remove the Oxy sensor that seemed to be in the way a little and still didn't seem like it wanted to come out, any help would be greatly appreciated redwheeler 10-02-2006, 11:05 PM get the biggest hammer you have and start beating it out georgelovesdirt 10-03-2006, 02:06 PM get the biggest hammer you have and start beating it out ...worked for me. its sucky laying under there swinging away vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
