any help with how to fix any of these problems? radio has all the wires there, just no power once hooked up. and the speedometer just doesnt work at all. could it be a fuse and if yes which ones and how do i check them? thanks

Not sure this works on a 92 but try pulling the Ignition Off Draw or IOD fuse for a few minutes then reinsert it. Should be in the fuse panel in the engine compartment. This will reset the Body Control Module or BCM. The BCM controls most of the electrical functions in the car and can fail one or all of the systems at once.

This is the only thing I can see the two problems may have in commom.
