radiator drain plug98 malibu 2578 09-30-2006, 12:52 AM can u tell me where the drain plug is at on the radiator on a 98 malibu? thanks bugwubber 10-01-2006, 11:56 AM facing the car, bottom right corner. Its a draincock that you have to twist/pull to open. You'll see a round hole on the bottom of the radiator there. About 2 inches above that is the the draincock. You'll probably be tempted to use pliers but be gentle- it is plastic. MT-2500 10-01-2006, 12:08 PM can u tell me where the drain plug is at on the radiator on a 98 malibu? thanks The drain plugs are the pits. Be real carful with it. As said they are plastic. I just take the lower hose off instead of fooling with them most of the time. MT alblogg 10-01-2006, 12:19 PM The drain plugs are the pits. Be real carful with it. As said they are plastic.
