front end noise on 99 300m

99 300m 114,000 miles already replaced front and rear hub assemblies, sway bar links cause they were rattling, now i have new noise. coming from front both sides. loud clunk when braking and accelerate from dead stop, also feels like wheels are vibrating. tie rods?? axels??. any help would be greatly appreciated

dont think so. the clunk vibrates the whole car
