Blown fuse!!!

Hi guys......man....of ALL times for this to happen, (i'm wanting to sell my 1992 econoline, this JUST started happening!.
I have a 15 amp fuse thar controls the speedometer, radio, and tranny. It keeps blowing! and now? The scond I put a new fuse in? BAM! It blows again! I even tried a 20 mp fuse, same thing!
Help me!!!!!! This tiny little fuse makes driving this thing feel like a tank when it shifts!
