I have a nagging problem and its driving me nuts. i have repalced the wheel bearing and checked the suspension the brakes are in good shape. the problem is that when i get on the brake i hear a lot of noise in the drivers side wheel area, but if i am hard on the brake it goes a way. i thought it might be a rotor but there is no vibration in the pedal. could it still be a rotor? if not any ideas?

Your rotor could be warped causing the noise.
