I'm about to do some major restoration and want to know a price right before I go at it.

Condition:
Three dents, one on fender, two on rear quarter panel right behind the doors but doors are fine. Original color Irish racing green, but currently tangerine. It's a 911T Targa, and the engine runs. Rust concern is rear seat area. I bought the car with broken window regulators so rain water go in, and the floor has surface rust which can be removed with a wirebrush. The engine runs, and the car shifts. I drove it a couple miles. Radio works, but isn't original. Targa top is in fair condition. Interior is in good condition, original. I'm about to order new floor boards because I want it to be perfect, new carpet, professionally repair the top at Cars Inc. in NJ, the steering wheel will get refurbished, and I'll paint it back to Irish green. So you can see I'm about to throw a lot of money at it. What do you think is the most I can get for it, in it's current condition?

Edit: Car is located in New York area, and there is a very high demand for them here.

There was one in the Salt Lake area, that sounds about similar to yours. It sold for just under $6k, or so I was told.
